Some of the objectives are hard to figure out, but it's a pretty interesting point-and-click game, especially if you were or still are a fan of the franchise.. This game is awesome! It features many of the goosebump monsters. It is not an easy game though and is very text driven. You are able to collect so many items in your inventory so finding the right solution to a puzzle in front of you is difficult. Very fun and keeps me coming back to try to finish it. I love this game and the movie!. It's time 4 goosebumpsIt's time 2 get scared xd. So when I found this game, I bought it more for the nostalgia I was hoping it would bring. The game itself is nothing too spectacular; point and click, collect items, ect. Fun if you're into that. What I really liked was the story they had going (maybe similar to the movie? I haven't had a chance to see it yet) and the number of refrences to the old books; during the game you'll see monsters like the Beast from the East, Monster Blood, the lawn gnomes, Cromby, and of course the big boss, Slappy.Speaking of refrences, you'll find a lot more in the achievements and there's 40 for this game, some of which are difficult or time consuming to get. The game itself did not take too long and takes even less time if you've got the walkthrough at your side. Most of my time on this game was spent exploring or trying to get all the acheivements.Overall I'd suggest you give it a try. Or if you're not sure, I'm sure YouTube has some playthroughs you can see to check if it really is a game you'd like.. Gamers beware your in for a scare! I'm a huge Goosebumps fan and just had to have this game when I saw it. I've been reading, watching and playing with these stories since I was little kid and thought that this game is a great addition to the Goosebumps fanchrise. In fact I this game brought so many good memories back that I had to pull out my two orignial Goosebumps games out from the 90's and give them a revist. If your like me and have a great love for Goosebumps than I recommend this game.. Groosebumps: R.L Stein is a game based around the 90s children's series by Jack Black. In this game, you collect objects which do nothing half the time, following cryptic hints to unsatisfying conclusions. To who was this game marketed? I don't know. Jack Black's son White Black probably, or Jerry and Terri Sadler and their 4th cousins (twice removed). At least the Lost Woods mazes are super fun, amirite? Because when you think of Ocarina of Time, you think of the Lost Woods puzzle, but instead of it using sounds, its just random lol xDDDD. My favourite element of this, uh, mastapeece is the voice acting, Mike Myers plays a riveting version of Garfield from My Hairiest Adventure.
